- Check refrigerant and oil leaks (refrigerant not included)
- Check belts and adjust tensions
- Check and record operating pressures

According to the national Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), the average six-room house collects 40 pounds of dirt, dust and allergens in its air ducts each year— GROSS, right?. That’s a big problem, considering that 40,000 dust mites can thrive in only one ounce of dust. Those little dust “bunnies” contain a host of unhealthy bacteria, fungi and mold. The EPA estimates indoor air can be two to five times more polluted than outdoor air. Even worse, the contaminated air circulates throughout your house every time the heating or cooling system kicks on. But don’t worry- we’ve got you covered. In just a few hours one of our technicians will have you breathing in a cleaner, healthier home starting in with ducts clearing the air of those dust ‘bunnies.’

When you are burning ANY Solid fuel appliance, you can build up a substance called soot, or creosote. This substance is often VERY FLAMMABLE as it is the leftover fuel that does not combust when you burn. If soot or creosote burns, you may experience what most people call a chimney fire. Chimney fires can be a very dangerous situation.
Did you know chimney liners reduce the chances of having a fire? A chimney liner also helps the environment and increases the comfort of a household. It helps to burn a brighter fire while minimizing loss of heat.
