Gary Krout and Sons Inc., provides expert service on a wide range of central air conditioning equipment. We offer complete residential air condition service at a rate of $72.50 per hour, plus parts. these rates apply during normal service hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our overtime rate is $100 per hour for weekends, holidays, and evenings.

A yearly Krout A/C tune-up will save you money, prevent problems and extend the life of your system. To keep your system operating at peak performance, we:

• Prepare the whole system for summer operation
• Inspect and adjust refrigerant controls
• Inspect and adjust temperature controls
• Inspect safety controls
• Check refrigerant and oil leaks (refrigerant not included)
• Check belts and adjust tensions
• Check and record operating pressures
• Inspect and lubricate electric motors
• Check compressor, evaporator motor, condenser motor, amperage and voltage
• Check lint and dirt from air-cooled condensors
